After more than 20 years in IT & more than 10 years as a Youth Football Coach,
I've detected the same patterns everywhere:
Team performance & Individual talent is not fully used or even ignored.
Not because of lack of talent, but because of unclear roles,
processes and/or governance that don't talk about "What",
no clear link in instructions with "Why",
and missing coaching & guidance of people on the "How".
That's why I focus on both worlds today with passion and
